Volcano Press: Publishes visionary titles on the subjects of Women's Health and Domestic Violence. 9/16/09: a writer reports they no longer do this kind of book, presumably domestic abuse.
Vox Pop/Drench Kiss Media Corporation: "We publish political nonfiction and government exposes. In addition to our publsihing wing, we operate a union coffee shop and bookstore in Brooklyn. On site is the Instabook machine, the only one in New York City. Writers can use it to print their own material for less than ten dollars per copy and can print as many or as few as they want."
